Continuing Education
Our office will be providing a free continuing education training on three days in June. The topics that will be covered include fieldworker safety requirements, common pesticide violations, IPM strategies for vertebrate control and more. The training will be held in the Buellton office on June 24, the Carpinteria office on June 26, and the Santa Maria office on June 27, and will be offered in Spanish (from 9:30 to 12:00 a.m. each day) and English (from 1:00 to 3:30 p.m. each day). Electric Off-Road & Landsc ape Equipment Demo

Allan Hancock College, Santa Maria
Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control District (APCD) is excited to co-host a free electric off-road and landscape equipment demonstration event to provide attendees with opportunities to experience all-electric equipment in action and learn how to apply for funding to support the transition to zero emissions!
Santa Barbara County APCD staff will be available to provide information about funding opportunities available for off-road equipment replacement projects under the upcoming 2025 Clean Air Grants Program.
