Dear Members:
March is Women's History Month, and we are proud to have a higher percentage of female winemakers here in Santa Barbara County than any other region. Cheers to them! March is also the beginning of "bud break season", and with the rather volatile weather this month, vineyard managers and viticulturists are being kept on their toes. So, Cheers to them too! There are a lot of opportunities within this email, so read on!

University of Tennessee: Winery Survey on Social Media
Message from Dr. Karen DeLong, Associate Professor, Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics, University of Tennessee
Dear Winery Owner,
My name is Karen DeLong and I’m an associate professor of Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
My research team is conducting a study examining how wineries use social media to market their products and wineries. This information will be used to create a research report that will help the grape and wine industry better understand how the industry uses social media advertising.
To participate in the study, you must be over 18 years of age and be the primary decision maker of a winery. The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete.
Please click this link to complete the survey: https://utk.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3gZvv3DSup61REW
Thank you for considering this opportunity!
Contact: This study has been approved by the University of Tennessee Institutional Review Board. If you have any questions, please contact Dr. Karen DeLong, kdelong39@utk.edu, University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
