The Santa Barbara Vintners Foundation launches its annual Holiday Hope Program

Hello  Santa Barbara Wine Community!

Our charitable arm, the Santa Barbara Vintners Foundation, has launched its annual Holiday Hope Program, but this year the gift distribution date has moved up to mid-November, so the time to give is now if you'd like to contribute!

We have made some changes to the program this year, including moving up the timeline to provide the items to workers before they leave for the holidays. Additionally, rather than collect wish lists, we will focus on purchasing the most requested items from years past - boots, jackets, socks and gift cards. We have already received a generous grant from AgWest Farm Credit and the Julia Child Foundation, and with donations from Sketchers and Farm Supply, we will have the funds to purchase the majority of the items. Any additional donations will be used to purchase gift cards, which in the past have been requested for food and holiday gifts for the children.  Please donate today to ensure your contribution is included!

We all know that our vineyard workers are the backbone of our industry, and we ask for your help to make this a very warm and happy holiday. The Vintners Foundation plans to distribute this season's gifts the week of November 10th, so please consider a donation by  Wednesday, November 5th.
